About Us

Alpha Staffing Company was born out of a need. The need was recognized while working as a temporary employee. There were many companies offering this same service, but the more I applied and worked or interacted with them the more I realized I was just another number. Late paychecks, impersonal phone calls wanting me to switch jobs because another client could use me more, not caring about the client of which I was working at. I knew there could be a better way. A way in which an employee could be proud to work for the company and the client would reap the benefit of having happy employees.

At Alpha Staffing Company, we offer quality, dependable employees for low or high-volume users of staffing with light industrial and clerical skills. Our mission is to be considered part of each company we serve, partnering to grow and create success. We also want our employees to feel well taken care of and a valued member of our team.
